Returns

If you wish to return an item to us due to unsuitability you must do so within 14 days of receipt please e mail to inform us of this before returning to lloydsinteriors@fsmail.net Return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging to:

We do stress when returning the item we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of collection of posting, we can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and can only refund once the item has been checked by us, you will be refunded less the delivery charge.

Faulty/damaged items

Notification of damages/faults must be sent via e mail to lloydsinteriors@fsmail.net

Notify within 48hrs of delivery and 7 days to return. Once we are in receipt of the item we will replace as soon as possible but if out of stock a full refund will be given. We do stress when returning it is strongly recommended that you obtain a proof of posting we can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
